Tony brings three decades of strategy development and technology management experience that has delivered successful growth across both product and services industries. He has led executive and governance teams in Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America during his career with Dow Chemical and Worley. Most recently Tony was the Chair and Non-Executive Director of VECKTA, a distributed energy digital marketplace start-up headquartered in California. He is currently the Chair of the CSIRO Energy business unit advisory group, and Chair of the Maxme advisory board.

Michael Datta brings nearly three decades of leadership in technology, digital transformation, and international trade. Renowned for spotting opportunities others miss, he has built and advised SMEs and multinationals worldwide. His talent for forging strategic partnerships has driven breakthroughs across industries from agribusiness to high-tech defence. Passionate about authentic connections, Michael aligns vision with execution to deliver tangible outcomes, while surrounding himself with exceptional people who share his commitment to innovation, growth, and lasting impact.

Glenn is a seasoned professional with a rich background in technology and entrepreneurship. With over two decades of experience in the tech industry Glenn has founded, led, advised, and invested in everything from early-stage startups through successful multi-billion dollar IPOs. His journey spans various roles, including software engineering, product management, and executive leadership.

With a track record of success in identifying and delivering profitable growth in the corporate, multinational, ASX listed, start up, private and government sectors across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, industrial, innovation and technology industries in Australia, North America and Europe.

Mark Smethurst DSC, AM is a distinguished senior executive leader with over 35 years of service in the Australian Army, retiring as a Brigadier. His extensive experience spans high-level command, operations, and training, excelling in complex strategic challenges.

Matthew is a seasoned board director and executive with a robust background in medtech development and commercialisation. His leadership at Mansfield District Hospital and education from the Australian Institute of Company Directors underscore his strategic acumen. Matthew’s expertise in navigating complex healthcare landscapes brings invaluable insights to Lindo, fostering innovation and strategic growth.

Katrina is a distinguished field epidemiologist, microbiologist, and project manager with a diverse background spanning academia, scientific research, and public health laboratory quality management. Her role as an Honorary Senior Lecturer and extensive experience in delivering training and laboratory assessments enhance Lindo’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

Urbain has almost 40 years of technology focussed, new businesses creation experience across multiple industries, market sectors and geographies. He has brought over 1000 products successfully to market whilst creating and managing new business units for global lighting brands such Zumtobel (Austria) and Hella (Germany), managed technology startups sold to Nvidia, held CTO and COO roles in ASX listed companies and facilitated strategic mergers and integrations.

Oscar brings extensive experience in building strategic partnerships across the energy, retail, and facilities sectors. Notably, Oscar has facilitated the supply of Energy Monitoring Systems (BEMS) and UVC systems to key facilities in Mexico, significantly enhancing both energy efficiency and indoor air quality. His expertise in integrating germicidal lighting solutions to optimise HVAC systems, combined with his strong background in energy, aligns perfectly with Lindo’s mission to deliver innovative and sustainable technologies to our clients.
