With strong commercial acumen, Robert leads Lindo’s innovative team to integrate next generation technology into products and systems that improve productivity at scale.

Tony brings three decades of strategy development and technology management experience that has delivered successful growth across both product and services industries. He has led executive and governance teams in Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America during his career with Dow Chemical and Worley. Most recently Tony was the Chair and Non-Executive Director of VECKTA, a distributed energy digital marketplace start-up headquartered in California. He is currently the Chair of the CSIRO Energy business unit advisory group, and Chair of the Maxme advisory board.

Michael Datta brings nearly three decades of leadership in technology, digital transformation, and international trade. Renowned for spotting opportunities others miss, he has built and advised SMEs and multinationals worldwide. His talent for forging strategic partnerships has driven breakthroughs across industries from agribusiness to high-tech defence. Passionate about authentic connections, Michael aligns vision with execution to deliver tangible outcomes, while surrounding himself with exceptional people who share his commitment to innovation, growth, and lasting impact.

Glenn is a seasoned professional with a rich background in technology and entrepreneurship. With over two decades of experience in the tech industry Glenn has founded, led, advised, and invested in everything from early-stage startups through successful multi-billion dollar IPOs. His journey spans various roles, including software engineering, product management, and executive leadership.

Mark Smethurst DSC, AM is a distinguished senior executive leader with over 35 years of service in the Australian Army, retiring as a Brigadier. His extensive experience spans high-level command, operations, and training, excelling in complex strategic challenges.

Scott joins the Lindo Group having 35 years' experience leading sales with companies include Richards Medical, Johnson and Johnson (Ethicon EndoSurgery) and Gyrus. Over the past 15 years, Scott launched and grew the Tristel (UK) Infection Prevention product portfolio and will help us develop inroads across the healthcare industry.

Urbain has almost 40 years of technology focussed, new businesses creation experience across multiple industries, market sectors and geographies. He has brought over 1000 products successfully to market whilst creating and managing new business units for global lighting brands such Zumtobel (Austria) and Hella (Germany), managed technology startups sold to Nvidia, held CTO and COO roles in ASX listed companies and facilitated strategic mergers and integrations.

Kristin brings extensive U.S. medical device experience, including leading a venture-backed company from concept through IDE approval and first human use as CEO of Eximis Surgical, raising $25M and building core infrastructure. She also has a strong corporate track record at Covidien, contributing to billion-dollar product lines and scaling a business from $1M to $40M. Her combined regulatory, clinical, and commercial expertise is highly strategic for Lindo’s U.S. expansion. She has deep capability across FDA pathways, hospital adoption, reimbursement, and scaling operations—positioning Lindo to establish a credible and effective presence in the U.S. market.
